Agenda

The Fleet Sustainability Expo at Newark Liberty International Airport brings together public agencies, fleet operators, and industry leaders for a day of programming focused on advancing sustainable transportation solutions. This year’s agenda features discussions on EV charging management and the future of fleet sustainability, with speakers from organizations including PANYNJ, Delta Airlines, MTA, DCAS, HCIA, and FedEx, as well as remarks from Québec Delegate General in New York David Brulotte. The event also includes the NJ Clean Cities Fleet Awards, exhibitor and equipment displays, and opportunities for networking and cross-sector collaboration among stakeholders driving fleet electrification and innovation.

The Fleet Sustainability Expo will take place at Newark Liberty International Airport Building 4 (former Terminal A), with exhibitor tables, equipment displays, food vendors, shuttle pick-up/drop-off locations, and the main stage conveniently organized throughout the venue to encourage networking and engagement. Attendees are encouraged to review the event layout in advance to plan their visit and make the most of the day’s programming and exhibits.
