Project Overview
The EcoPatrol project is a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to supporting law enforcement and emergency response to identify practical and proven ways to support greener fleet practices in New Jersey. By promoting the adoption of electric and hybrid vehicles, new vehicle technologies can help reduce operating costs and carbon emissions, resulting in improved air quality for the team and the communities they serve.
Through educational webinars, an informative eBook, and an engaging touch-a-truck event, we will empower local governments, police departments, and other critical service and security fleets to make informed decisions about sustainable transportation solutions. Our goal is to create a framework for fleet electrification, addressing the unique challenges faced by first responders and paving the way for a greener future.
