Director

Caroline McCallum is the Director of the New Jersey Clean Cities Coalition (NJCCC), a statewide nonprofit dedicated to advancing clean transportation solutions. She leads NJCCC’s portfolio of programs, including EMPOWER, the Electric School Bus Academy, EcoPatrol, Drive Electric NJ, and the 95 ZEV Corridor. In her role, she manages stakeholder engagement, membership, and outreach efforts, helping fleets, employers, and communities reduce emissions and adopt cleaner, cost-saving technologies. Caroline brings extensive experience in program development, fleet evaluations, and grant support, and is committed to advancing sustainable transportation and improving air quality across the region.

Senior Advisor

Chuck Feinberg is the Senior Advisor and leader of programmatic, operational, and business activities at the New Jersey Clean Cities Coalition (NJCCC). He has secured and managed major grants from federal and state agencies, advancing clean transportation projects across the region. In addition, Chuck is Partner and Executive Vice President of Greener by Design, LLC, where he provides sustainability consulting to public and private clients. A recognized expert on petroleum reduction and alternative fuels, he has chaired multiple state advisory groups, served on national nonprofit boards, and is frequently invited to speak on clean energy topics. His contributions have earned him induction into the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Cities Hall of Fame and several other prestigious awards.

Intern

Fatma Beye is a recent graduate of Rutgers School of Public Health, where she earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Global Public Health. She is passionate about renewable energy and maternal and child health, with a strong commitment to advancing equity in underserved communities. Her interest in public health began during her first year of university, where she discovered the impact of public health principles on improving population well-being. This foundation inspired her to explore issues affecting vulnerable populations, particularly maternal and child health outcomes. Through her academic and professional experiences, Fatma has gained practical skills in health education, advocacy, and sustainability initiatives. She is eager to continue applying her expertise to drive innovative solutions for both local and global health challenges.

Intern

As a junior at Penncrest High School, I excel both academically and athletically as a member of the Varsity Cheer team. Balancing these commitments has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and teamwork. With a interest in finance, I plan to pursue a college degree in the field, aiming to build a career in financial analysis or investment banking. I am eager to grow my analytical skills and collaborative experiences.

Wynnie-Fred Victor Hinds, born in Haïti, has over twenty years of extensive experience collaborating with private, public entities, grassroots organizations and businesses, spanning across both the United States and Latin America.

She is currently the Executive Director of the Weequahic Park Association, an Olmsted Park Conservancy in Newark, NJ. She is a Board Trustee of Clean Water Action, the New Jersey Highlands Coalition and Maryknoll Lay Missioners, a U.S. and global Lay Volunteers organization. In October 2015, she was appointed to the City of Newark Environmental Commission by the Mayor and the Municipal City Council. She held the position of Co-Chair until 2023 and remains a Commissioner. A dedicated Environmental and Social Justice Advocate, she has a B.A. in Economics and Management & Administration and a M.S. in International Relations.
