About Clean Cities and Communities
Clean Cities and Communities is a partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) dedicated to advancing clean transportation across the nation. Over 75 DOE-designated coalitions work locally in urban, suburban, and rural areas to promote environmental sustainability, energy security, and economic prosperity. These coalitions collaborate with the DOE’s Vehicle Technologies Office to deploy cost-effective, fuel-efficient technologies and practices, as well as energy-efficient mobility systems.
